And the last few steps on the heads of the base. In case you wondered the people at the bottom have the red bandana on their head since they get walked on by the climbers.. I've never done the human pyramid, but I've done enough "pali della Cuccagna" (a greased pole that gets to be climbed by many teams in traditional fairs) to know ;-)
