Our Magic Wok waitress Yvonne had to do double duty shredding salted fish for the next day's meals

She wisely took the precaution of protecting her hands from the awful fish stench with a pair of rubber gloves. Hopefully, those aren't the same gloves the dishwasher guy used on our plates.
