Practice. Practice. Practice.

Yesterday the "Town and Gown" Singers had a 2 1/2 hour rehearsal for next Saturday's concert. Mostly we sang through all the music and then did it again. Tonight I read through all of it once more (or twice or three times in some places) for 1 1/2 hours. Then I looked at a song for my voice jury on Wednesday. I have yet to memorize my two songs. And Tuesday night is one more T&G rehearsal. Next week it's time to concentrate on the church choir's concert. Our director needs to successfully prepare a choir for a concert and give the concert as part of his master's degree requirements. We get to be the degree earning choir. Or so he hopes. :) Oh, but we don't get the credits.
