Frank Wardynski
Mr. Wardynski's success as a Buffalo sausage maker have sent him back on many visits to Poland, in search for old formulas and new techniques for improving his products. One of the great developments in sausage making has been scientific quality control. Today, the product must be top quality all the time..

Can be found at the Broadway Market - which also has drastically changed since.

Wardinsky was a sausage maker in the Buffalo area. My recollection is that the product was pretty tasty!
