We rented a small two-seater airplane from some American missionaries to get these aerial photos.
Here the village 'center' developed where the logging road crossed the river.
There are a few 'sari-sari' stores as well as a government elementary school and a catholic church,
both built with local labor and materials. There were also a few houses in the village center,
but most people lived scattered over the landscape close to their farm fields.
