A more direct view in...showing what I did to allow for more bypass flow.

This is as far as I think I can go with a 13C.

This turbo is in good condition. When it does wear out, I will upgrade the vehicle to a Garrett.

UPDATE: The wagon runs very well with this turbo/manifold/2.5in exhaust. So well in fact, that when this mitsu does wear out, I will have to consider the matter carefully before I would make a decision to go with a Garrett.

The work to improve the bypass flow really has paid off. The launch is strong, with no lag; the transition from NA to boost is seamless. And the cruise does not feel like it is being held back. The wagon has an eagerness to go....and she does GO, whatever the vehicle speed.

I am a Garrett fan; but for this vehicle and its use, the work I did to the turbo, manifold, and exhaust system really helped the mitsu to do its job better, and easier. The mitsu may be small; but it is living large.
