Thanks! This street was in the garden district, once on First Street you head toward Magazine Street. Just after crossing Chestnut you'll see this house. Anne Rice fans may recognize this mansion as the setting for her Witching Hour novels. The home is owned by her and it's said that if a long black limo is parked in front then Anne Rice is inside. (I found this info onhttp://www.inetours.com/New_Orleans/Garden_District.html). And they also have a picture of this house with the limo in front (At first glance I almost thought they stole my pict!).
