I'be hobe sick today. I doe't feel good at all! Ed by dose is all stuffed up! Now on to the technical aspects of this image. I set up a single harsh light in the upper left corner to light the image from behind, set my camera on my lap, aimed it toward the glass of water, did a test picture to see if it was centered and focused and the lighting was okay, then with my right hand I poured the TheraFlu into the water while I blindly snapped off a few pictures with my left hand making sure that even though I'm in an awkward position that my hand looked relaxed as it was pouring. NOW I'm going to go snuggle up in bed.
