Isn't that funny? I thought gas was terribly expensive when I took this picture! Now it looks like a GOOD price! :)

Chris Brooker: You see! That's what I needed! To realize that we in the United States actually have it EASY compared to some other places! Wow! That's just CRAZY paying that much for gas! Hopefully you don't drive very much, and if you do, hopefully you get a lot of miles per gallon! Since I get 18 miles per gallon (28.962 Kilometers per mile), you'd have to get twice that for us to be paying the same amount per mile or Kilometer. I drive about 20,000 miles (32,180 Kilometers) per year. Thanks for all your calculations! Quite eye opening! What kind of food would you like in the Food Parcel I send?

Hello Paul, You have had my head spinning. In the UK we pay around £0.78 per litre or £3.54 per UK Gallon. Exchange rate of £1 = $1.58. 1 US Gallon = 3.785 litres & 1 UK Gallon = 4.546 litres. I think that we pay $4.66 per US Gallon. Which for me is $74 for a tank full(60 litres). I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. Please send us help in the form of a food parcel!!!! CB
