I only just saw your comments, thanks for the kind words. As for the ranch, the image down the fence line was taken at the Cord (not sure of the spelling) ranch in Fish Lake Valley Nevada. I believe that this family made there money in early Hollywood. The ranch along with the ranchs of the McNett and McAfee familys were active during the 30's and 40's. I am a descendant of the McNetts and this was my first trip to the area. We are going back again for the Second Annual McNett/McAffee reunion, and I will post more pics and get more of the history.
