Second Day

Day two of the eruption. Same activity level as the previous night, gas emissions and small lava flows. The scale of the caldera is impressive, miles wide and hundreds of feet deep. The slope of the mountain is mild and much of the landscape is buried in tefra ejected from the volcano.
