For an idea of scale, each stone in the mulch is about 1 inch in size.

Each individual bloom is typically about 4–6 millimeters (0.15–0.23 inches) long. The flowers grow in tight clusters along upright stems, creating a carpet of color across the plant’s low-growing foliage.
