Let's Landscape Again

Time for a Change

With a paid landscape designer and a landscape company (working on their schedule) this time around,
the project has been moving a whole lot slower than landscaping our property was back when we first build our home eons ago.

*************************

I did ALL the original design, and my husband did ALL his own labor 30 years ago. It was an exciting time when I was still in my 20's. But time and weather damage together have now indicated that it is time to redo parts of our front yard. Rather than tackle the task ourselves this time around, we decided to hire a landscape company. The company my husband signed a contract with has the reputation of being an excellent and reliable company. He selected this company. Since all plants are the same to him, I will now have to get more involved. Project completion is supposed to be no later than this fall of 2024. I look forward to our new front yard landscaping.

Update: 2026
After two years of slow and incomplete landscape company work and too many headaches to count, we have separated from that company. The entire foundation design has not yet been even started - let alone installed as was promised to be completed in 2024.
