Minoko (美濃幸) was a high end Kaisei (traditional multi course Japanese meal) restaurant in Higashiyama, Kyoto. This place was so famous that a number of my friends and students recognised it when I showed them this photo. Unfortunately just like the Higashiyama Hanatouro, this restaurant did not survive the COVID times.

This photo was taken during the 2016 Higashiyama Hanatouro.

The initial technical edits to the RAW(.NEF) file were made in DxO Photolab, followed by artistic edits in Luminar Neo, before the finishing touches were made in The Gimp.
