Queenie surveys Lincoln Park, decides to go home

Tim said she just did her business, then turned around and started to march home. She doesn’t like the ice that now covers everything here, nor does anybody else, for that matter. It’s treacherous to walk outside and extremely difficult to adequately shovel the sidewalks in front of our houses, as we’re required to do by the DC government, to say nothing about how hard it is to clear our outdoor stairs. It would be far easier if it was snow on the ground, but it isn’t — it’s very hard and slippery ice.

Queenie looks as if she going trekking in the Arctic. Slippery conditions are the worst. V
