Argentinosaurus

This was one of the largest land animals to ever live, found in what is now Argentina. The model was made with honeysuckle twigs, dysoxylum fruit, buckeyes, bael fruit, mahogany fruit, driftwood and locust.

Taken at the US Botanic Garden’s annual holiday display, this year titled ‘Season’s Greenings: Dino-Mite!’. Model trains run on several tracks around the exhibit area.
