Steamer
Greens, Pickled Carrots, Onion, sliced Bell Pepper; a few Cherry Tomatoes, Green Beans. Add Garlic, Pepper, Basil.
Portobello Mushroom topped with TBSP of Maple Syrup and tsp Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger. Once water in steamer is boiling I steam all the above 7 minutes.
Rice Noodles—cooked according to directions —6 minutes in boiling, salted water.
When pasta is done, drain, add heaping TBSP of MISO and generous amount of Nutritional Yeast (or add Cashew Cheese Sauce), a Squirt of Liquid Aminos, Basil, Garlic, a heaping TBSP Spaghetti Sauce. Stir until combined well with the noodles. Top with the steamed Veggies and the Mushroom.
The combination of MISO and Nutrition’s Yeast / Cheese Sauce is delicious.
