And I’ve found myself snapping pics. Really like
the colorful stain made by the blueberries
strawberries, and peaches.
This quick & easy breakfast dish has become a favorite.
It can be modified with a different selection of fruit.
Often I use sliced apples. Today I used Blueberries,
Cranberries, Peaches. Cranberries are particularly
Good for kidney health.
Started with 100% fruit Juice (Apple, Cranberry) — enough to
Fill dish half full.
Added 4 packages of Maple-Brown sugar Oatmeal.
Then added fruit.
Topped with Ginger. You might want cinnamon, however
I’m allergic so I always use Ginger.
Bake 45 minutes at 375F degrees
