Steamer Meal

Just dump all the ingredients into the steamer basket.
I use a Bamboo Steamer. The rice-Quinoa mixture was previously
Cooked and frozen in serving size baggies.

This only takes 7 minutes to steam; a few more minutes
To fill the basket (s). Easiest when individual parts
Are previously frozen or chopped and in fridge.

Rice-Quinoa Combination
Pinto Beans
Onion,
Sliced Portobello Mushroom
Chopped Carrot and Chopped Cabbage
Sliced Bell Pepper
I place the beans along with diced tomatoes, onion
In a 1 x 5 inch bowl in separate steamer basket.

Seasonings: Basil, Ginger, Garlic, Dill
ENJOY!

Another delicious looking and very healthy meal that you have nicely captured in this image. I particularly love steamed sea food combinations with vegetables when visiting the coast. V+
