I fell in love with the shape and blue color. So, the landscape designer said that she'll try to work one in the plans.

The Fat Albert Spruce (Picea pungens 'Fat Albert') is a cultivar of the Colorado Blue Spruce, known for its dense, pyramidal shape and rich blue needles. It’s a slow-growing evergreen that reaches about 10 to 15 feet tall and wide in 10 years but can eventually grow up to 40 feet tall and 20 feet wide after many decades.
This tree is deer-resistant, drought-tolerant, and provides great winter interest, making it a fantastic choice for landscapes. It thrives in full sun
