07 Spring Time is Wasp Time

To avoid having nests of wasps under our door lintels, we hang these things up outside. I feel a bit bad for the wasps that are caught there, but I really don't want those stinging creatures invading our house.

Yes, this is a version of fly paper. The coloring is designed specifically to attract wasps, but it gets some flies too. Alastair

I have no sympathy for wasps, hornets or yellow jackets if they set up camp anywhere that becomes a threat or a hazard to me or my family. They are going down. Carpenter bees included. Paul
