ID for this plant and blossom took some time as there are three species of wild strawberries on Vancouver Island:coastal, woodland,and wild. Between the woodland strawberry and the wild strawberry, the tops of the wild strawberry are often blueish-green. I shot many blossoms with 2 cameras and three lens. This was the more detailed.
