This is an image I found this evening while reviewing images from a 2018 visit to Colorado near Ridgeway. My son Paul and I decided to do some astrophotography that night due to the clear skies at a location where we had planned to shoot sunrise the next morning. The foreground was light painted by the headlights of our SUV's headlights. Our biggest challenge that evening was the strong winds, cold temperatures and sleeping in the SUV until daybreak.
