This phase is now heard in our house quite a bit lately.
We don't know how she gets up, but Tara frequently ends up on the roof of the mini mover crate that is currently her sleeping quarters. The crate is an old one that was in storage. Even after scrubbing it down & Cloroxing it, the plastic looks funky. That's just age. I guarantee that the crate is super clean. A sparkly new crate would look prettier for photos, but the star of the photo is Tara, not her sleeping crate. The door has been taken off the crate for her to use it whenever she wants. Not a fancy set up, but it will works until she's a little older.
The problem with her getting up on the roof is that she's too small to safely get down again. Luckily, once on the roof, she will wait patiently for someone to lift her safely back down. Wish I knew how she manages to get up there.
