Goshen Hist Soc FB sez: "on the rise to the west of what was Rice's. When the state built Rt 9 in the 50s they lowered the grade of the road and striaghtened the bend so the descent into Lithia wasn't as steep. If you look closely starting before Ball Road you can still see the track of Rt 9 when this shot was taken."
