I had a bit of fun doing a cinematic photography challenge. I chose to have fun with a character instead of a scene. I used smoke bombs for the 1st time. I asked a friend to help, watched a few YouTube videos on how to do it and then learned all the ways it could go wrong and all the ways it could go right while doing it. My friends son held a light wand in the smoke to light it up. You only get 70-90 seconds to capture your images. While coaching your model and all the time both of you moving. SO MUCH FUN! I think the edit has a cinematic feeling to it and I am really pleased with the results. I do NOT use PS so other then exposure, burn, dodge and some presets This is the shot.
