Our first Border Collie was named after Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah. Adopted in 1994 from a farm that was starting a home day care and to get approval, needed to reduce their large number of pets.
Nickname: Noodle
Favorite Things Order: Getting Pets, hiking and walking, playing with soft toys.

Sundance had never been inside a home before we got him (though he never had an accident in the house), and adapting to being an inside dog was an interesting learning process. A very good boy and an ever kind soul he was, and a small-frame, low-drive Border Collie. In this photo, he's 14 years old, having been in the family for at least 12 wonderful years at that point.
Sundance lived and played for over 15 years in the mountains around Powder Mountain Ski Resort.
His ashes are spread in the high mountains of Colorado, near home.
