The Cura Sanctuary (Sanctuary Nostra Senyora de Cura) is one of the most famous and popular sanctuaries in Mallorca.
It was erected in Mount Randa (Puig de Randa, 543 m above sea level and the highest point in central Mallorca as well as the sacred mountain),
near the cave where Blessed Ramon Llull, a theologian and philosopher, found illumination.
The church was built in 1668. It is dedicated to Nostra Senyora de Cura (Our Lady of Care) with a small sculpture inside.
It is a significant centre of Marian devotion.
