A Yorkshire Dale Village

If I remember correctly this was the village of Hawes.
Johnny says this is the village of Gayle.
I’m sure he knows better than I do!
Right outside of the village is the Wensleydale Creamery.
We stopped there to get a snack and sample some cheeses.
The cheeses were delicious and the gift shop there was really nice.
We were only able to buy a few little things as we had only traveled with carry on luggage.
This wasn’t very far from the Buttertubs Pass Road.
Such different scenery from the dales to the moors.

I believe that's Gayle in the foreground, the creamery is on the left then Hawes is just beyond that, where the church can be seen peeping over the hill

what picturesque countryside...the town appears so sturdy and resilient, and the dale such a fertile valley...you had an enriching tour andare portraying it with aplomb..

Land Rover Country...Love the view to the old houses. I can think of the cheeses, maybe some blue cheese? V
