Whether one likes rococo or not this is an impressive example of the Bavarian style. Apart from the perfect match of the guilding set against the white walls, the ceiling paintings add a colourful contrast, but beyond the excessive splendour of the building it is very obviously a church demanding hushed voices and respect. All along the white ceiling, over the nave, are lovely religious themed frescoes done in soft beautiful colors of blue, red, ochre, green, and white. Each ceiling fresco was graciously framed with gilt plaster. Over the rounded arches were more paintings showing secular themes of past historical events, also surrouned with gilt frames and trim.
