An over night flight got us to London on a Tuesday morning where we then caught a flight to Edinburgh.
We arrived at our hotel around two o’clock, dropped our bags off and started exploring.
St. Giles Church was right by our hotel so I snapped my first photo of the trip.
We were headed to an area of Edinburgh called Dean Village.
It was a bit of a hike from our hotel but it was worth the walk.

We had been sitting on a plane for many hours and needed to get moving.
We averaged just under four miles a day while we were gone.
