This was a pleasant surprise using ingredients
I had on hand; was uncertain what to have for dinner.
Prepared Bella Steamer with water and started adding ingredients
to the container included with the steamer.
4 small apples (sliced) that needed used.
Sprinkled desired amount of Brown Sugar (enough to coat).
Chopped a handful of Fresh Spinach. Sprinkled
A few drops of Balsamic Vinegar.
4 Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 large Sweet Potato (sliced)
1/2 Can Chickpeas (rinsed)
3 sliced Figs
Cumin
Crumbled Peppermint Leaves
Garlic
Steamed for 20 minutes until Sweet Potatoes were tender.
Delicious!
