This is a variation of the Cornbread Potpie
I created earlier in the month.
This version adds to the cornbread batter steamed
Cabbage, Mushrooms, Kale, Carrots, Lentil Loaf, Cashew
Cream Sauce, Fire Roasted Tomatoes. Used the same Herbs.
Cabbage is highly nutritious and rich in
vitamin C, Fiber, and vitamin K.
Mushrooms boost the immune system support
Heart and Brain Health, add Vitamin D, B6, Zinc, and Potassium.
