Air-fried Potatoes

A go-to, quick meal.

Pre-cook large Potatoes 3 minutes
In microwave. Slice into wedges.

Put Potato Wedges into Fryer basket.
Season with Pepper, Garlic, etc.

Air-fried 15 minutes

Condiments: Ketchup, Avocado Humus, Beet Pesto
