When I woke up this morning, I was greeted with residual snow from a late night dusting. Depressing !! However it melted away when the sun came up.

Snow and temperatures are generally described in this region as a function of altitude. The other night, the snow was described as "coming down to 3000 ft", which is about the altitude of our house. All we got was a light dusting. But the Santa Rita mountains behind us may have had 12 inches at the 9000 ft peaks . Our temp this morning bottomed out at 24 deg. We should have a high near 60. Paul - my iPhone 11, which was a refurb, started to act strangely, like an internal part was failing. I traded it in for a 12. Jim

26 and slick glazed roads here in the land of the Super Bowl LVII Champs. Does it snow often there in the wintertime? No you say, nope I didn’t think so either. I see you have a phone upgrade! I’ve been very happy with my almost 2 year old iP12, no hurry to upgrade to the latest 14 whatsoever. Paul

It is nice to see snow and frost on a desert landscape...it is not freezing here tonight at 542ft above sea level....but it is 34 degrees this morning...cold to me in a cold house. Traveller
