Sunset Squall Diabaig

Diabaig, Torridon, Scotland.

An outstanding moment in time that lasted just a few seconds and one that I will never forget the hackles on the back of my neck stood bolt upright. The red light of the setting sun latched onto the Deer Grass which is at this time of year, early November, bright orange and the sunlight supercharged it so it screamed with colour beneath an inky sky flecked with pink and amber.

Outstanding image!
I used to shoot with a Pentax 6X7 and this very lens. A wonderful beast of a camera.
