Colorado State Capital building. This photo was taken on Federal Blvd just South of Mile High Stadium during a Raiders vs Broncos game in 2005.

The dome of the Capital building is actually gold plated. Recently the top of the building has been renovated and private contributions enabled them to refresh the gold.
