There is quite a story attached to the fourth plinth seen here with a blue rooster on top.

In 2014
A 4.72 metres (15.5 ft) high blue sculpture of a domestic cockerel or rooster. The artist has described the cockerel as symbolising "regeneration, awakening and strength"

at present until September 2022
A dollop of whipped cream with an assortment of toppings: a cherry, a fly, and a drone. The drone will film passers-by and display them on an attached screen
