Another focus stack (23 images). This is one of my favorite hot sauces. Flavorful, and not so hot that you can't taste anything, but definitely hot enough to make you sit up and take notice.

One of my favorites. Perhaps something to do with the wood stopper? I remember my single days, with a dozen or so bottles of different sauces in the fridge. My bottle of Patricia's from Nevis remains at the ready for when I really want to bring the heat. Hmmm, would've been a good image idea had Alastair not already hit the ball out of the park with this one. Or maybe I just need to get more creative. Dave
