The tradition in my family is to have pork pie for breakfast on Christmas morning! Odd, I know,
but it's something we've always done, since for ever (certainly since the early part of the
last century!). It's a tradition I've continued, and despite the restrictions imposed this year
because of Covid - little or no mixing inside homes - and the fact that this year we weren't able
to be with any of our family, I still made one for just the two of us! Some things will defeat
the virus, for sure! We have it with tomatoes, and proper English mustard, made from Coleman's
Mustard Powder, not the ready-made stuff in a jar! (I shan't give a recipe for the pie this time,
it's the same as in previous years, so if you're interested, look in the archive galleries!)
