Well, it was an interesting night.
We had torrential deluges which generated stormwater flows strong enough to shift the bins (which were in the street for collection) to an angle of 45 degrees from the kerb. The laundry that has been on the line under the back verandah for the last 2 days will have to wait at least 1 more to dry out properly.
We had thunderstorms where the thunder was loud enough to make an F-14 going to zone 5 afterburner sound like a feather hitting a piece of foam in comparison. This caused the brave cat to dive through the bedroom door and under the bed.
And now we have this; the sun beating down (and making the grass grow at a rate of centimetres per minute) as we can see on the plants in the foreground, while in contrast just off the coast, there are dark, ominous clouds filled with, you guessed it, lightning and thunder.
I don't care what you decide to do, weather... just PICK SOMETHING.
