Ah, lemon peel. I was thinking on the lines of an Aji Limon chilli pepper.
I don't know why I said it looked green, it certainly looks yellow as I look at it now. I must have temperamental eyes. lol
Thanks Mick. This is a Gibson, which is made with gin or vodka (preferably gin), and has cocktail onions instead of olives, which is how you can tell it apart from a Martini. There's a twist of lemon peel in the drink. It looks yellow on my screen. Is it green on yours?

I tried a stacking shot today that went badly, it ended in the bin. I think where I went wrong was not enough shots close enough together.
You've got good stacking on all 3 shots of your cocktails. I like them.
But they don't help identify what's in them. haha. What's the green thing in this drink?
