Based on a recipe from the BBC Good Food Magazine.
Mix together 200g self-raising flour and a tsp baking powder in a bowl, beat in an egg, 250 ml milk, a Tbs melted butter,
2 Tbs caster sugar and the juice and zest of a large orange. Tip the mixture into a buttered dish, smoothing the surface.
Sprinkle over 150 g blueberries and bake in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes, or until the centre feels springy and a knife
comes out clean. Dust with icing sugar to serve, and accompany with cream!
