We like to do a lot of cooking around here. Mostly just simple stuff. Today Ginny decided to have a go at making oven baked egg rolls. I was excited to try them because I really like egg rolls. In my mind I was wondering how the wrapper would turn out. Would it be nice and crisp or would it be mushy? Well, it was nice and crisp and the egg rolls were excellent. Good job Ginny!
