I have always wondered how those giant excavators and other tracked vehicles get unloaded from their trailers. I always figured it was from the front somehow. Today at the shooting range they were delivering a big excavator to do some repairs on the rifle range berms. So I got to watch the process and it was very interesting. The truck's tow hitch is lowered to put the front of the trailer on the ground. They flip over a couple small ramps and the excavator drives off. Interesting to watch. I am easily amused. My twin grandsons would go nuts over this. It it is a truck, they are interested.
