Battery Replacement Time

I ordered replacement batteries for my Nikon battery pack.
After many years of use and recharges the old pack is pretty much useless.
I have three such packs and this will be the first one I attempt at fixing.
Notice the warning " Do Not Disassemble" , ya right!!!!!
