'Mother'

We happened to catch sight of this mural while searching for something else. The only information I could find on it is: “Tiger keeping watch over New York Avenue painted for Pow! Wow! DC 2019 by Philadelphia artist Yis @Nosego.” It’s located in an empty lot next to a major hotel, facing another mural that I didn’t like nearly as much.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
