One of my earliest memories is riding on a fire truck when I was around 3 years old.
My father was a volunteer fireman and was driving one of the trucks in a parade.
My mother and I rode along in the truck. I remember too meeting up with cousins and
riding the ferris wheel! What fun we had that night! Of course, a child riding a
fire truck is no longer possible due to safety concerns.
