Shasta Trail?

Someone used a nameplate from a Shasta trailer to name one of
the lesser traveled trails on Quadra. I have never run across
the name "Shasta Trail" in any media about Quadra Island,
so I don't think the name has caught on.

I thought we were going to have to start naming all of the trees and i wondered why not begin with Woody!
A really great find and a gorgeous tree!

Someone has been leaving painted rocks, trinkets and small toys along the trails in the park where I walk the dogs. I've been disposing of them properly.

Well, it is an imaginative sign

It's too gaudy a sign for at trail anyway.

So interesting and clever in the sense that he snapped off the ER. In honour of his creativity, I think Quadra should make it so :0) V

It might appeal to visiting Californians, although there can't have been many this year..

It certainly jazzes up the tree, but doesn't look like it belongs there. Well spotted and captured, Don. V.
