Actually I don't know how to make Salmon Sashimi and Nigiri, but I saw this piece of fish....and, what the heck....life on lock down is so miserable, let's live dangerously...raw fish! Yum...
I will say that in stripping the flesh from the skin...I brutalized it pretty bad. And yet, even with my sticky rice being a little too sticky...it was a delicious dinner.
I have nothing to do in my life, (except work), I'm locked in,so doing something creative with my hands, (cooking), grounds me a little in real life.
